Wear Pads

The number one cause of synthetic sling failure is cutting. When slings are cut, property damage and personal injury or death can result. Wear pads can help to reduce this problem by acting as a buffer between the load edge and the sling. Used with steel slings, wear pads help protect both sling and load from damage along points of contact.

Hoist Rings

Hoist rings provide the safest method of attaching pickup points to loads. Eye bolts, when lifted at an angle, tend to deform and fracture. Hoist rings are designed to eliminate this weakness. Hoist Rings are available in either Center-Pull or Side-Pull styles.

Sling Hardware

Steel sling hardware is used on slings to extend sling life and/or simplify connection of the sling to the load and crane hook. Steel hardware can often be reused for a cost savings. A selection of hardware is available for web slings, round slings, wire rope slings and chain slings.
