January 1, 2017 (Landisville, PA) – Lift-All Company, Inc. has announced new management of the organization effective January 1, 2017.
Steven Pacilio has been named as President of Lift-All Company. Mr. Pacilio has been with Lift-All for 19 years starting as the Assistant Plant Manager in the Chicago plant. He has brought vision and continual improvement to the Operations side of Lift-All and will continue to do the same leading the company in his new role as President.

As Chief Financial Officer, Melissa Light will continue to lead the finance, marketing, customer service, and information technology efforts to support our customers and will work with Mr. Pacilio to position Lift-All for the future.
With these leadership changes, we are pleased to announce that Jeffery Klibert has been named as Chairman of the Board. His leadership has been instrumental over the last 40 years leading Lift-All to the top of the industrial lifting and restraint market. Mr. Klibert will continue to be a resource to Lift-All in his new role as Chairman of the Board.
November 28, 2016 (Landisville, PA) – Lift-All Company is pleased to announce and welcome Jason Dively as the Director of National Sales. Jason will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve our corporate mission of providing exceptional value to our customers through integrity, communication, and performance.
Jason comes to Lift-All with over 10 years of sales and sales management experience. He has been recognized with multiple sales achievement awards and earned an MBA with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University. His proven track record of team leadership and vision will complement and enhance Lift-All’s ability to exceed the needs of our customers.

We would like to welcome, Misty Giberson, to the Customer Service team. Misty most recently worked in the industrial and environmental filtration field where she started on the manufacturing floor then she was promoted to team/line leader. She eventually moved into the Customer Service area of the business and has many years of experience.
Misty is married to Matt and they have two children, Eliza and Malachi. Misty's first grandchild is due early September and she has an English bull dog named Salley-Mae.
Misty is excited to join the Lift-All team.
Steve Pyles joined the Lift-All team in December 2015. Steve has over 20 years of customer service experience in the printing and HVAC industries. He is a graduate of The Boyd School for Business & Travel in Pittsburgh and is also a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania.
Steve lives in Mt. Joy and has a miniature Dachshund named, Lucy. Steve is an avid tennis player and competes throughout the year.
Kelly is also a new member to the Customer Service team. She has a passion for helping people and has always known customer service is the perfect place for her. Kelly earned her associated degree in Arts from Harrisburg Area Community College and will continue her education in Business in the fall.
Kelly loves spending time outdoors with her family and her two Yorkie fur babies, Lucy and Gizmo. She is a Pinterest "guru" and a second degree black belt in Taekwondo.
After only 46 years of service to Lift-All, our Customer Service Supervisor, Charlie Greiner, has decided to retire! Charlie started brazing wire mesh slings in 1969 when Lift-All was only 5 years old, and Charlie was not much older. He became Assistant Plant Manager and served as a Customer Service agent until 1999 when he was put in charge of our 12 person Customer Service Department. His talents in dealing with Lift-All customers and his attention to detail made him a customer favorite. Charlie's retirement date is scheduled for February 29, 2016. We will miss him greatly and wish him all the best in his retirement.
We welcome Margie Miles to the Lift-All team! Margie is currently in training with Charlie Greiner in preparation for taking over that position when Charlie retires. Margie is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a degree in Public Relations/Marketing. She been in sales, marketing, customer service and management in a manufacturing capacity for over 25 years.
So happy to be a part of the Lift-All family. Knowing I have HUGE shoes to fill once Charlie rides off into the sunset, I am up for the challenges and opportunities. I have always been very passionate about growth and positive changes in every position during my career and will continue this with Lift-All.
Margie is married to Gary and they have a daughter Abby, son Christian and Yorkie puppy, Wilson.
We would also like to welcome Rikki Phillips to our Customer Service team. He is a 2009 graduate of Lock Haven University with a degree in communications. He most recently worked in dealer sales support for a major agricultural equipment manufacturing company.
I am very excited about joining the Lift-All team and working daily to improve my knowledge about the products and industry.
